With years of experience in the industry, we have helped many individuals enhance their strength, flexibility, and overall fitness, while also providing support to help them achieve balance and wellness in their lives. Our approach is always warm, motivational, and non-judgmental; we're here to guide you, not berate you.

We offer training in various settings to suit your preferences and needs: 

  • We use Brighton and Hove's parks and the seafront. The mental and physical benefits of exercising outside, in green and blue spaces is widely researched and something we strongly advocate.

  • Some prefer to exercise in the comfort and privacy their own home. We can do this, either in-person or via Zoom.

  • We have the use of a small, intimate, personal training studio in Hove. This is useful for those clients who wish to use a squat rack and other equipment there.

  • Jenny's approach to teaching yoga has evolved through her extensive experience in various yoga styles and other movement and mobility practices she has studied. She aims to create an environment that is inclusive and open to all, encouraging the exploration of movements at one's own pace and using blocks and cushions for support. Her classes are slow and mindful with guided relaxation at the start and the end.

  • This provides a new workout every 4 to 6 weeks (or whenever you're ready!) on Jenny's YouTube channel. Participants can follow along at their convenience. In addition, the subscription provides access to an exercise video library for instructional purposes, as well as online support and guidance from Jenny.

  • Every Thursday throughout the Summer 6pm to 6.45pm. Join Matt for a HIIT circuit on Hove Lawns, just down from Brunswick Square. All exercises can be scaled to suit your level.
