Online strength program

This provides a new workout every 4 to 6 weeks (or whenever you're ready!) on Jenny's YouTube channel. Participants can follow along at their convenience. In addition, the subscription provides access to an exercise video library for instructional purposes, as well as online support and guidance from Jenny.
